Now that winters have hit in a lot of places, how’s your 3rd Gen Tundra doing in the cold?
I’m in FL, SO NOT THE COLDEST… and temps have been hovering around 30-40 during the coldest of winter. So far, it’s been solid — remote start works flawlessly, heated seats/wheel kick on quick, and the engine warms up faster than I expected.
Only issue I’ve seen is a slight delay in the infotainment system first thing in the morning — nothing major. I’ve also heard some folks talking about frozen door handles or mirrors on earlier models. Radar not working the best. Haven’t had that yet.
Anyone else dealing with quirks in cold climates? Battery holding up? Suspension feel different? Good time to share tips, mods (like winter tires or floor mats), and cold weather impressions overall.
