Yo guys, debating buying a 2022-2024 Tundra but given the recalls from these years, I was curious to see if anyone has had an engine fail and what the replacement/repair cost/process looks like on the 22-23 years. Any advice/feedback would be awesome. Will Toyota replace any motor from the 22-23 year range? And up to what milage will they replace a motor? There has to be a mileage limit. I was trying to stay around $50k.
What's the better option? 22 Limited with 35K miles for $50K or 24 Sport with 5K miles for $47k?
You can always turn a sport into a limited or Off-Road (bigger screen, rear locker, PRP seat covers, etc.) so why not the sport?
Here is the price difference between a sport and a limited 22 vs 24.
