Powder Coating 101 (Lil Bs Bumper)

Im pretty excited to test out this light bar. So far this is what I noticed. First I did not know the LED bar is dual pattern. The outside is a flood pattern and the middle section is a spot pattern. This provided a more even cover of light while drive as well as a nice directed beam in the middle for driving at speed. Second the overall quality of the hosing is quote nice. The aluminum anodized finish feels solid in the hand should stand up to the the test of time. I used to have a fog light kit for my Tacoma from Caliraised and I was always happy with the quality of the brackets and light.

Alright team,

Who has the scoop on the 101 of powder coating.
Stepping into a realm where I’ve never dealt with the planning and understanding proper powder coating techniques.

I’ve been told that the style of a weld will be tested during the bake in powder coating. Where usually many products tend to see the welds pop.

How often does this happen, and does anyone know here have experience with Lil Bs bumpers and their weld techniques?

Yes, I know I’m a noob to many things, but no shame in me to ask those who have experience.
