So I've owned 2 3rd Gen Tundras in the past, both being pretty early model builds. I had a December 2021 built SR5 and a February 2023 built Platinum. Both were great trucks powertrain wise, but they had issues with rattles, wind noise, seats, and a few other minor things. I think I wanna give the Tundra one more try with a new 2025 or 2026 model before Toyota ups and refreshes them. I want to see if their Kaizen approach of fixing these trucks has shown yet. I am looking at getting a TRD Pro. This is a model that tends to hold its value over time a little better. I would look to trade this truck in for the refresh, whenever that comes.
