Scrubblade Wiper Blades. Better than I thought...

It is official! on March 10th the Toyota Motor Corporation filed a trademark application for the TRD Hammer. It is rumored that this is the new package that will go to battle with the Ford Raptor and the RAM RHO. We have seen the concepts in the past and nothing has been proven but we can except the following. 37in tires stock Engineered long travel suspension Wider finders And hopefully a stronger power tray than the standard models. Has Toyota finally decided to leave their comfort zone and start offering high performance models? Still to this date Toyota seems to always play it safe and the drivetrain units they offer tend to be that it across the model. Where as with Ford and Ram you pay more and you go up in power. Maybe Toyota is here to show off. I say take the motor for the Lexus LC500 slap it in Tundra and let it roll!

I am a pretty cheap person when it comes to some stuff. One of those things is wiper blades. To me they always dry out. You have to buy a new pair every year and they all do the same job. So I normally end up at Costco spend the 8 bucks for a pair of the cheap ones and I am good to go.

But recently on a trip to Walmart I saw these Scrubblades sitting there and they peaked my interest. They have a textured section to the blade designed to scrub the windshield when in use. I left the store and didn't get them but my interest was peaked. I went online did some research and saw a lot of good reviews and people said they were awesome. So I decided to pull the trigger. And that was hard for me to do at $27 each and you have to buy two of them. I did opt for the red color because why not. I can always return them or not use them.

So now I am pleasantly surprised. They DO WORK AWESOME. They scrub the windshield, the red is hardly noticeable outside of the car but inside when you hit the wipers its awesome. I even got a second set for my wifes Subaru and I plan to get another set for my daily Corolla. I think this one won me over.
