Just a heads up for anyone noticing the small rubber flap/seal between the front door and the fender starting to fall apart — mine finally started failing on my 2022 Tundra, and I know a lot of owners have mentioned the same thing happening.

These seals don’t look like much, but once they tear or start to separate they get pretty ugly fast. I went digging for the exact replacement part numbers so nobody else has to hunt around like I did.
Here are the correct OEM pieces:
• 67865-0C040 — Passenger side (RH)
• 67866-0C040 — Driver side (LH)
Both are the little “door shell” / weather-strip sections that sit on the edge of the front doors and seal against the fender area.
If yours is ripped, loose, or starting to peel apart, these are the parts you’ll need. They’re plug-and-play and pretty cheap compared to a full weather-strip replacement.
Anyone else had theirs fail?
Post pics or your mileage — curious if certain build dates are worse than others.
