What Did I Do to My 3rd Gen Tundra Today? Gave It Some Unexpected TRD Off-Road Flavor!

So today turned out to be a small but awesome mod day! While cleaning out my garage, I stumbled across a pair of OEM TRD Off-Road badges I had originally bought for a 4Runner I used to own… but never got around to using them.

Rather than let them keep collecting dust, I figured – why not give the Tundra some subtle but clean TRD character?

• I placed one badge on the lower right section of the tailgate, and it looks perfect – like it was meant to be there from the factory.
• The other went inside on the front passenger trim piece, and it’s such a cool little interior touch. It really ties the TRD Off-Road theme together in a low-key way.

It’s crazy how a simple badge can change the vibe and give the truck more personality without going over the top.

I’ll be posting photos soon so you can see how it came out – might inspire a few of you to do something similar if you’ve got spare badges laying around!

Sometimes it’s the little mods that make your rig feel even more dialed in.
