- 2023 TRD Off Road SR5 4X4
When it came time to pick tires for my current build, I had a decision to make: stick with what I knew — the BFG KO2s — or try something new.
After doing some research and seeing them in action, I decided to go with the Toyo RT Trail tires — and honestly, I couldn’t be happier.
I had KO2s on my previous truck and they were solid, but the Toyo RT Trails just feel like a next-level upgrade:
If you’re looking for a tire that looks aggressive, rides smooth, and performs on and off the trail, the Toyo RT Trail is a serious contender.
No regrets on this upgrade!

I had KO2s on my previous truck and they were solid, but the Toyo RT Trails just feel like a next-level upgrade:
- Quieter on the road compared to KO2s, even at highway speeds
- More aggressive tread that handles dirt, rocks, and mud like a beast
- Awesome sidewall design for extra protection and killer looks
- Smooth ride — no harshness or vibrations even after airing down off-road

No regrets on this upgrade!
