Hey Tundra Guys,

I’ve been thinking about installing an auto-start/stop eliminator on my 2022+ Tundra. I don’t always hit the brake pedal hard or long enough to trigger the auto-stop feature, but still — I don’t like the idea of the engine shutting off every time I stop. Seems like extra wear, possible oil-pressure cycling, more stress on the starter, and just a general slowdown when I hammer the gas again.
I found this eliminator on Amazon: https://amzn.to/4oq9AdQ — before I pull the trigger I wanted to see if anyone here has used one.
If you’ve tried an auto-stop eliminator on a 3rd-gen Tundra:
Did it work reliably (no random re-enabling or errors)?
Any unexpected side effects — check-engine lights, weird behavior, performance issues?
Is it truly plug-and-play, or did you have to dig into wiring / deal with fuse boxes / coding?
Price is a little concerning for me — It is so affordable it makes me question. But if there’s a proven one that works clean on a 2022 Tundra, I’m all ears.
Let me know your experience. Appreciate it.
