I wanted to torcher test this coating before putting it on my Tundra so I coated my wheels! Now there is no enviorment more harsh than wheels. They get the dirtiest, cleaned with rough brushes, and more.

I got a brand new set of Modco M72 wheels. From there I did and IPA wipe down and then coated them with 2 layers of this coating. Waited for it to flash and then knocked it down. From there I let them cure for 24 hours.

Now 1 month later I have been through mud duck hunting, water, washes, brake dust and more and so far the coating is holding up. It still beads water and sprays off rather easily. I am noticing that the brake does is embedding itself is some of the tight corners and that may be something to monitor but so far so good. I do think I will follow up and coat the whole truck in this same coating and see how it holds up.
