Hey everyone! I’m excited to share that there’s a big SoCal truck event coming up in San Diego, and I wanted to personally invite everyone in the area to come out and join us. It’s happening this month Saturday June 14th on Fiesta Island from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and it’s shaping up to be an awesome day for the local off-road and overland community.
For those of you who haven’t been to Fiesta Island, it’s such a cool spot – surrounded by the bay with plenty of sand, open space, and that laid-back beach vibe that San Diego is famous for. It’s the perfect spot to show off your rigs, meet new friends, and check out some of the awesome builds that folks around here have been working on.
We’re planning to have all kinds of trucks, from 3rd Gen Tundras (of course!) to Tacomas, 4Runners, and pretty much anything else that’s off-road ready. Whether your rig is fully built with long travel and big tires or still rocking a stock setup, you’re more than welcome. The point is to bring people together and have a great time.
One of the best parts of these meets is seeing how everyone has set up their trucks. You can get ideas for your own build, talk to folks about what works and what doesn’t, and maybe even find some new trails to hit up together in the future. I’m personally hoping to check out some of the creative storage solutions and lighting setups – those seem to be hot topics right now!
We’ll have some music going, a few food trucks nearby for anyone who wants to grab a bite, and of course, plenty of space to park and hang out. Bring your camping chairs, your coolers, and your best off-road stories – this is the kind of event that’s all about community and sharing the passion for our trucks and the lifestyle.
If you’re in SoCal – anywhere from San Diego, Orange County, LA, or even further out – consider this your invitation. It’s a great excuse to take a little road trip, meet some new folks, and enjoy the awesome SoCal weather we’ve got going on right now. I know there are a lot of Tundra owners on here who’ve been looking for a reason to get out and socialize, and this is it!
