Which Amazon Truck Fit Product Saves My Back?

What is the difference. On Amazon one gives maximum height but the other has complete different description without max height, both fit truck.

Although, one says SES and one spells it out. I just need to to not squat as hard for the once a year, if that, I load it up with anything. Nothing fancy but don’t mind paying more if there is actual benefit. Would like to know what others think about both.
