Curious how everyone’s finding the ride quality on their Tundra — especially those of you switching from Gen 2 or coming from other brands.

To me, the 3rd Gen feels much smoother than the last one, especially unloaded. The new Tundra is very car like, which some people may not appreciate. Toyota finally ditched leaf springs in favor of coil springs in the rear, and it shows. Road bumps are less harsh, and body roll seems better controlled, even in corners.

I’m ran stock TRD Off-Road suspension and OE Platinum in both of my Tundras and the ride was plush.

For those towing or hauling often — how’s the truck holding weight with those coils? Has anyone added airbags or helper springs? Let’s hear what suspension setups are working best.
